Voith Group acquires ARGO-HYTOS

Voith successfully completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ARGO-HYTOS on August 2, 2022. Headquartered in Bar, Switzerland, ARGO-HYTOS Group develops and produces hydraulic components and system solutions for off-highway sectors including agricultural tractors, construction machinery and material handling vehicles. After the acquisition, ARGO-HYTOS will continue to operate as an independent brand, only adding the words "a company of the Voith Group" to its brand. This means customers will be able to continue using their existing sales channels.
